SOAP BRAIN MD
S: Serositis (eg pleuritis or pericarditis)
O: Oral ulcers
A: Arthritis (usually oligo or polyarticular)
P: Photosensitivity
B: Blood disorders (hemolytic anemia, leukopenia, lymphopenia, thrombocytopenia)
R: Renal (nephrotic picture)
A: Anti nuclear antibodies (in 95%)
I : Immunologic abnormalities (Anti-sm, Anti dsDNA, Anti-phospholipid )
N: Neurologic (seizures, psychosis)
M: Malar rash
D: Discoid rash
